Coco-Cici is a bedding brand founded by two passionate entrepreneurs from Amsterdam. It's a sustainable and high-quality brand with the softest possible bedding in the market. Their main challenge is convincing the available market of why they need this high-end product. For many e-commerce businesses the post covid year has been challenging, but despite that, Coco & Cici realized a revenue growth of 30% plus in 2022 compared to 2021! As the media spending deficiency was limited, a healthier overal business result came about.

Happy Eyes

Happy Eyes is the online partner for contact lens subscriptions. Customers can receive their contact lenses at home every month for a competitive price. This includes an annual eye check free of cost at an optician of their choice. However, they were struggling to find the right target audience online and were losing money due to their online funnel setup. They noticed that a lot of customers churned after just one month. Happy Eyes fully trusted the expertise of Marveltest to bring their company to the next level.

We put our efforts into finding the right target audience for eye lens subscriptions online, which required a niche strategy. In order to find the right marketing communication strategy for the different needs of the audience, we tested multiple propositions to attract the right audience that would not churn. As a result, we were able to lower their churn rate from 79% in January to 1.76% in December. Additionally, we increased the number of active subscriptions from 89 to 227.

Overall, Marveltest helped Happy Eyes find the right target audience and marketing communication strategy, resulting in significant improvements in their customer retention and active subscriptions.
