STIEGLITZ, a woman clothing brand founded by Pien Stieglitz back in 2014. It's goal it to make woman feel powerful with it's distinct prints and colors. The brand works with small collections, called drops. Each drop is inspired by different places around the world Pien has visited, so always something new to discover. The main goal we envisioned was to grow their top of funnel audience to gain them more customers. And so we executed hypertesting with different audiences and helped STIEGLITZ with testing various types of creative advertisement, by optimizing and validating them.We've also supported STIEGLITZ during their sales periods, such as Black Friday 2021, where they achieved a record breaking single day and month revenue for their online sales. For this we setup a customized full funnel Meta strategy with a dedicated email marketing strategy.With our effort to hypertest different audiences and advertisement types, a growth of 28% (online store) in 2022 compared to 2021!

Erfrechtplan is the No. 1 in (life) wills. They provide help and information to arrange a proper will at your home.They reach their customers with free education thoughout the country, in the form of free lectures on location or a webinar online. COVID had a high impact on Erfechtplan as they were not able to held any lectures on location anymore. As they were not able to reach their customers, they had to search for a new way to find their customers in order to keep their business viable. Marveltest researched the online potential of Erfrechtplan and started an new aqcuisition funnel to find their target audience. On a weekly basis the online proposition of Erfrechtplan was tested, optimised and scaled with at least 20 different landing pages, over 500 ads en more then 20 audiences. As a result were able to go from a monthly 100 leads for €50 per lead, to over 870 leads for €5.93.

Happy Eyes

Happy Eyes is the online partner for contact lens subscriptions. Customers can receive their contact lenses at home every month for a competitive price. This includes an annual eye check free of cost at an optician of their choice. However, they were struggling to find the right target audience online and were losing money due to their online funnel setup. They noticed that a lot of customers churned after just one month. Happy Eyes fully trusted the expertise of Marveltest to bring their company to the next level.

We put our efforts into finding the right target audience for eye lens subscriptions online, which required a niche strategy. In order to find the right marketing communication strategy for the different needs of the audience, we tested multiple propositions to attract the right audience that would not churn. As a result, we were able to lower their churn rate from 79% in January to 1.76% in December. Additionally, we increased the number of active subscriptions from 89 to 227.

Overall, Marveltest helped Happy Eyes find the right target audience and marketing communication strategy, resulting in significant improvements in their customer retention and active subscriptions.
